Returns & Exchanges Timeframe
You may return or exchange most items within 15 days of receiving your shipment.
Please Note: To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Please include the original packing slip or order confirmation email with your return.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:
- Contact Us: Email our customer service team at [email protected] within the 15-day window. Use the subject line “Return/Exchange Request” and include your order number and reason for return/exchange in the email. You can use the template provided below for convenience.
- Wait for Instructions: Our team will respond within 1-2 business days with a Returns Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on where to ship your item(s). Please do not ship items back without an RMA number.
- Ship the Item(s): Carefully package the item(s) in their original packaging if possible. Include the completed copy of the returns form (provided in your instructions) and the RMA number clearly visible on the outside of the package. Ship your return to the address provided in your instructions.
- Processing: Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once this is complete.

Refund Timing and Methods
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Credit/Debit Card (Visa, MasterCard, JCB) & PayPal: Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to be processed and appear in your account after we have approved it. The timing depends on your financial institution’s processing times.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we will cover the standard shipping cost to send the replacement item to you.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items from our menu are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive defective:
- Hats (Due to personal wear)
- Identity & Logomania items (Customized or branded goods)
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with your order number and photos of the damage/defect. We will gladly send a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.
