Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
Shipping Methods & Timeframes
We offer two shipping options to meet your needs:
- Standard Shipping ($12.95): Shipped via DHL or FedEx with delivery in 10-15 business days after dispatch.
- Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50, shipped via EMS with delivery in 15-25 business days after dispatch.
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on destination and customs processing. We ship worldwide except to some Asian countries and remote areas.

Returns & Exchanges Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Pit Bull Jeans purchase. If you’re not happy with your items, our straightforward returns process is here to help.
Timeframe for Returns & Exchanges
You may return or exchange most items within 15 days of receiving your shipment.
Important Conditions: To be eligible for return or exchange, items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- All original tags must be attached
- Include the original packing slip or order confirmation email
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:
- Contact Us: Email our customer service team at [email protected] within the 15-day window. Use the subject line “Return/Exchange Request” and include your order number and reason for return/exchange.
- Wait for Instructions: Our team will respond within 1-2 business days with a Returns Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on where to ship your item(s). Please do not ship items back without an RMA number.
- Ship the Item(s): Carefully package the item(s) in their original packaging if possible. Include the completed returns form (provided in your instructions) and ensure the RMA number is clearly visible on the outside of the package.
- Processing: Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days. You’ll receive an email confirmation once complete.
Refund Timing and Methods
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase:
- Credit/Debit Card (Visa, MasterCard, JCB) & PayPal: Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to be processed and appear in your account after we’ve approved it. The timing depends on your financial institution’s processing times.
Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we will cover the standard shipping cost to send the replacement item to you.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive defective:
- Hats (due to personal wear)
- Identity & Logomania items (customized or branded goods)
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with your order number and photos of the damage/defect. We will gladly send a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.
