Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective:

• Hats (due to personal wear considerations)
• Identity & Logomania items (customized or branded goods)

3. Order and Payment Terms

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

• Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50, shipped via EMS with delivery in 15-25 business days after dispatch

Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on destination and customs processing. Any customs or import duties are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 2 hours of placement by contacting our customer service team. Once an order has entered the processing stage, it cannot be cancelled.

4. Returns and Refunds Policy

Timeframe for Returns

You may return or exchange most items within 15 days of receiving your shipment.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for return or exchange, items must be:

• Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
• Have all original tags attached
• Include the original packing slip or order confirmation email

Return Process

3. Wait for instructions and a Returns Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number

• Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to be processed after we approve it
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable
• For exchanges, we will cover the standard shipping cost to send the replacement item
